I work with men, first responders, and healthcare professionals navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and burnout.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a firefighter/paramedic and 911 dispatcher, which gives me a firsthand understanding of the pressure and responsibility that come with these roles.
Clients often come in looking for a therapist who feels approachable, real, and easy to talk to- not overly clinical or hard to connect with.
Sessions are focused, supportive, and built around what actually helps you move forward.
